Samsung Electronics will soon launch mobile instant messaging capabilities. The move is part of Samsung’s efforts to attract more mobile users, a rival to rival Apple and Research In Motion (RIM).

The new service called ChatON will be available from October and is available preinstalled on Samsung mobile phone equipped with the type and Android based smartphone and Bada.
